Refund Policy

Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.

Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our jewelry care instructions on how to avoid this.

Please contact us at lindseyheyland@hotmail.com quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Shipping

Once your payment has been received your items will be shipped out within 2-3 Business days by Canada post. If you would like to upgrade your delivery with a tracking number refer to shipping code provided on our "Home Page"

Custom orders vary, if the supplies are in stock 1-2 weeks. If products need to be ordered 3-4 weeks.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Fiddle & Fox Co is not responsible for delays due to customs.
