Refund policy

▪ To maintain your Druzy jewelry always remove before using any products that contains bleach. Bleach can cause gold and other alloys to breakdown leaving the metal irreparably damaged. Chemical can pit the surface of the Druzy and other gemstones.
▪ Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or bathing in hot tubs. Avoid exposing jewelry to shampoo or other beauty care products like hair spray, hair dyes, spray tans, lotions.
▪ Always store your jewelry in a safe place like a pouch, box or lined jewelry case.
▪ With little care, your gemstone jewelry will remain as sparkling.
▪ It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to pick up any jewelry ordered unless the shipping option has been selected.
▪ Jewelry cannot be returned however if for example an earring post broke off it can be replaced for $5.00.
▪ If the wrong size of Plug was purchased item can be switched out in person at the sellers house.
▪If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At Fiddle & Fox Co. we stand behind the quality of the products we provide! If one of our HANDMADE products breaks within the first 14 days the item will be replaced. All damaged items but me dropped off and picked up from our shop in Blackfalds unless arranged otherwise. If items require shipping the purchaser will have to cover these costs in order to receive replacement item.
